You are solely responsible for the data you enter and for ensuring you have the consent of any individuals whose names you input into this tool.
Split is not a financial product or financial service as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). It does not facilitate the transfer of money, hold funds, or process payments. It is a calculator tool only. The operator does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and none is required for the operation of this tool.
